The original Master Bill of Lading should be consigned to:

The House bill of Lading should be consigned to the final consignee, (unless coming under a Letter of Credit terms in which case it should be consigned to the corresponding  bank), please include the name of the company, address, phone and fax numbers.

Cargo Manifest

A completely detailed Cargo Manifest is necessary and should include: Shipper, Consignee, Number of Packages, Gross and Net Weights, Nature of the Goods, Origin of Goods, House Bill of Lading number).

The Cargo Manifest must be issued by the relevant agent and consigned to Latin American Indian Company Laninco, S.A. at the above address.

Original Documents

Original documents must be sent by courier to Laninco, S.A. at the above address.

Please be sure to include:

-Original Master Bill of Lading
-Original House Bill of Lading
-Original signed Invoices (several)
-Original Permits or Certificates

It is also required to include the Export Declaration (the declaration of Export including value of the goods, presented to the Customs of the Exporting country).
